All rental vehicles are equipped with airbags, ABS, power steering, air conditioning, electric windows, central locking, radio. The car rental fee already includes the items relating to motor liability insurance coverage (collision insurance, third party insurance, for the driver and passengers). The rates include: unlimited mileages and RCA insurance towards third parties with a variable deductible clearly indicated in the estimate to which the general rental conditions and the information on data processing are attached.
International Driving Permit: Non-EU citizens must have a valid international driving permit before arriving in Italy and picking up the rental vehicle. You can also check whether your country has a different international agreement with Italy. The driving licence must be in paper format and must be presented together with the original document.
Car and minivan rental general conditions
E-bikes are covered by third party liability insurance only, the user has no coverage in the event of an accident. To rent an e-bike, you must present your identity document and fill out the appropriate availability request form, also providing your height and name, surname and height of any other participants (group). The supplier does not assume any responsibility for checking the health or physical condition of the user, but reserves the right not to proceed with the rental at its sole discretion. E-bike tours are organized with a certified environmental guide.
Vehicles and e-bikes can be delivered to the Certaldo train station or directly to the accommodation facility.
Payment methods: cash, POS, Debit Card, Credit Card (Amex, Visa or Mastercard) or Cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum).
